Policies

Our aircraft are available for rent. If you’d like to save time on a business trip or weekend vacation we have you covered.  There is also the pursuit of the $100 hamburger as we like to call it. Our staff will meet you, preflight the plane with you and get you started on your flight. As our aircraft are used for instruction as well as rental, please give RSA as much advance notice as possible to allow us to accommodate everyone’s needs. Simply call the office and we can check airplane availability.

Please allow a little extra time for your first trip as we will need to get some information from you.  We will need copies of the following:

• Aircraft Rental Agreement Packetfuel
• Copy of your Pilots License
• Copy of  your Insurance naming RSA as an insured party
• Copy of your current Medical
• All pilots must be checked out by RSA on the aircraft

RSA can keep your information on file to speed up your preflight process the next time you rent.

The renter is responsible for any other fees including, but not limited to; landing fees, airport fees, and hanger/parking fees. Fuel charges incurred by the renter will be reimbursed by RSA. Depending on the distance and duration of your trip an overnight fee may apply. If an overnight fee applies, you will be informed at the time of your reservation.

All paperwork may be done in advance of your first rental.
